INSTRUCTIONS: To schedule an appointment anytime using our online system:
- First time users, register to create a new account. Repeat visitors, enter your user name and password.
- Enter the requested General and Property Information. Use the box for Additional Information to explain any concerns that you may have about the property.
- Select a service.
- Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
Please WAIT at this point – the system is searching for available dates and times for your appointment. Do not hit back or refresh until the system is finished. This process may take a few moments. Next,
- Choose one of the dates and times, or follow the instructions to get more options.
- Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the Client name and contact information.
- Fill in your Agent’s name and contact information.
- Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the instructions to get through the next few pages. At the end of the process you will know the price for your inspection as well as receive a confirmation of your appointment.
- DONE! You will receive an email confirming your appointment.
