INSTRUCTIONS: To schedule an appointment anytime using our online system:
  1. First time users, register to create a new account. Repeat visitors, enter your user name and
    password.
  2. Enter the requested General and Property Information. Use the box for Additional
    Information to explain any concerns that you may have about the property.
  3. Select a service.
  4. Click Continue at the bottom of the page.

Please WAIT at this point - the system is searching for available dates and times for your
appointment. Do not hit back or refresh until the system is finished. This process may take a few
moments. Next,

  1. Choose one of the dates and times, or follow the instructions to get more options.
  2. Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter the Client name and contact information.
  4. Fill in your Agent's name and contact information.
  5. Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
  6. Follow the instructions to get through the next few pages. At the end of the process you
    will know the price for your inspection as well as receive a confirmation of your
    appointment.
  7. DONE! You will receive an email confirming your appointment.
