Hiring a Certified Home Inspector to work for you is a wise decision, even when buying a newly constructed home. A home inspection will give you the details you need to make important decisions about the property, how the house operates, safety concerns in the home and more!
I will not only inspect the property but will share with you important information specific to your new home. My home inspection report is an invaluable resource to you because it:
- Outlines the condition of a property’s structure, construction, and mechanical systems.
- Identifies any major repair items that pose a significant expense to you, the buyer, in the near term.
- Estimates how long major systems (like electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning) will continue to run smoothly.
Inspection Hours: Monday – Friday
Inspections must be performed during daylight hours and are normally scheduled to start between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Please Remember: If the home is vacant, confirm that the seller will have all utilities on during the
home inspection.
